The Employee Pensions Team is responsible for the day to day administration of the Fund. They can help you with queries about your personal benefits, updating the information we hold for you as well as arranging pension payments, and much more. Please note that they cannot give you financial advice.

  • If you have a question or are requesting information about your benefits in the NPF, please call 01793 655131
  • If your question is about the Member Portal, the transition to Buck or anything else, please call 0330 123 9677
  • If you’re a Pensioner and have a question about your pension, you can telephone ‘AskHR’ on 01793 556808 and select ‘option 1’

If you have a complaint, you should contact Employee Pensions in the first instance who will work with you to try and resolve the matter.

In the event that you're unhappy with the outcome, the Trustee has a formal Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure (IDRP) that deals with the resolution of disputes between the Trustee, members of the Scheme and beneficiaries.
