Log in or register for the Nationwide Pension Fund (NPF) Member Portal to update your information, submit a request to the Administrator, check your current pension benefits and run estimated retirement benefit quotes or an illustrative transfer value.

The Member Portal is easy to use and secure. Once registered for the Member Portal, you can access it in a web browser or download the Gallagher Guide App to a mobile device.

To register for the Member Portal you’ll need your:

  • National Insurance number
  • Date of birth
  • Unique ID*

Send and track queries through the Member Portal

Once registered, you can use the Member Portal to securely submit online queries and track the Administrator’s progress in answering your query.

Just select Contact Us from the home page or the Do menu within the Portal and then follow the on-screen instructions to raise a new case. You can see updates on previously raised cases quickly by choosing the Cases option under the Learn menu.

Get the Gallagher Guide App

Once you’re registered for the Member Portal you can also log in to the Gallagher Guide App. To log in to the App you need to enter the following:

  • Nationwide as the Client
  • Your Portal username
  • Your password

Within the App raising a new query is easy, just select Contact and complete the form. You can track previously raised queries in Cases.

If you can’t find the information you are looking for on the website, or the Member Portal, get in touch with the NPF team at Gallagher.

The NPF team is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Fund. They can help you with queries about your personal benefits, update the information we hold for you, arrange pension payments, and much more. Please note that they cannot give you financial advice.

If you have a complaint, you should contact the NPF pensions team at Gallagher in the first instance, who will work with you to try and resolve the matter.

In the event that you're unhappy with the outcome, the Trustee has a formal Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure (IDRP), that deals with the resolution of disputes between the Trustee, members of the Scheme and beneficiaries.
