You’ll no doubt be aware that the new data protection regulation, known as GDPR, is coming into effect on 25 May 2018. The Trustee holds information about you, and your dependants and potential beneficiaries, which is required to manage the Fund. The Trustee takes protecting your data very seriously and has been working to ensure the controls and safeguards currently in place meet the requirements of the new regulation.
