In October 2021, John Wrighthouse and Rob Goldspink were re-elected as Member Nominated Trustee Directors following a thorough election process where we saw some excellent candidates.

There’ll be two further vacancies this year for terms that were due to end in April 2022; however in light of the transition of the Fund’s Administration to Buck Consulting in February 2022, the Trustee Board have decided to postpone the election process to later in the year. Extending the terms for the current Trustee Directors Sarah Garrett and Arthur Amos, will provide the Fund with continuity during significant change, particularly as Sarah chairs the Operations Committee.
