How to update your communication preferences

At Nationwide Pension Fund, you can receive pension updates direct to your device. This doesn’t include your personal details, so it’s safe, efficient and helps the environment too.

You can check and amend your details to start receiving electronic communications by using the Member Portal.

On your dashboard, scroll down to Profile Settings and click view.

Check that we have your most up to date email address, a back-up email is optional.

Use a personal email, in case you leave the company.

If you would like to receive communications electronically via email, select Yes, or tick the box on a mobile device.

Or, if you would rather receive paper communications, select No, or untick the box on a mobile device, then click submit.
