How to view Pension in Payment & update bank details

When receiving your pension, you can view how much annual pension is in payment and update your bank details on the Member Portal.

On your dashboard, scroll down the page to the Pension in Payment tab and click on the arrow in the corner.

This will show details of your total annual pension that is in payment, and the date of retirement when you started to receive your benefits.

To update your bank details, go to the Bank Details tab and click view.

Read the notes carefully and input your new bank details, then click save.

You should allow up to 20 workings days for your details to be updated on your next pension payment.
